1. Who we are and what we offer

Wyckoff is a trading-education brand based in Kuwait. We provide educational lectures (online, live webinar, and in-person), market commentary, trading signals, membership subscriptions, and a partner referral programme. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

To access most features you create an account using your name, email address, and phone number. We verify your phone number with a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts with the same email or phone number are not permitted.
• Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Educational content

Everything we publish — lectures, notes, signals, examples, and commentary — is educational and general in nature. It is NOT investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, currency, or other instrument.

Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance and any results shown are not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Trading signals

Where we share trading signals or ideas (including via Telegram), they are provided to illustrate our method for educational purposes. They are not personalised advice, we do not execute trades for you, and we do not manage your funds or your account. Any action you take on a signal is your own decision and at your own risk.

6. Memberships, plans, and payments

Some features require a paid membership. Plan names, prices, and what each tier includes are shown on the Plans page and may change over time. Where billing is enabled, the price, currency, and renewal period applicable to your plan are those displayed at the time you subscribe.

You can cancel or change your plan as described in your dashboard. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing or the contents of a plan; such changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

7. Partner / referral programme

Our partner programme lets you share a personal referral link and earn a reward when people you refer subscribe to a paid plan, as described on the Partner page. Rewards are subject to these Terms and to the conditions shown there.

• Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, and other abuse are prohibited and may result in forfeited rewards and account suspension.
• We may change or end the programme, and may withhold or reverse rewards we reasonably believe were earned through abuse or error.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including lectures, recordings, text, graphics, the Wyckoff name and logo, and the underlying material — is owned by or licensed to Wyckoff and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or paid content with others.
• Do not scrape, copy, or bulk-download the Service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users’ accounts.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

10. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for hosting, authentication, database, and SMS delivery) and may link to third-party platforms such as Telegram. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any educational outcome or trading result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyckoff and its team will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Wyckoff harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated to you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have where you live.
