Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Wyckoff ("Wyckoff", "we", "us") collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the Service:
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, and country, provided when you register.
- Authentication data: a securely hashed password and the one-time SMS codes used to verify your phone number.
- Referral data: your referral code and, if you signed up through someone’s link, who referred you.
- Profile data you choose to add, such as a display name, avatar, or bio.
- Usage and device data: basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the site.
2. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you create an account or update your profile, automatically through cookies and your browser when you use the site, and from our service providers — for example, when an SMS verification code is sent to your phone.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide the lectures, signals, plans, and partner programme.
- To verify your identity and phone number, and to keep your account secure.
- To attribute referrals and calculate partner rewards.
- To contact you about your account, your purchases, or important service updates.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service you signed up for), with your consent where required (for example, certain communications), to pursue our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, and to comply with the law.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Service — such as website hosting, database and storage, and SMS delivery for phone verification — and only as needed for them to perform their function.
- We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely. Without them, core features such as logging in will not work. We do not use them to sell your data.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information unless we are required to keep some of it by law.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — passwords are hashed, access to data is restricted, and connections are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You can update most details from your dashboard, or contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process your information on servers located outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
